We can also offer tips on self-funding, we have learned through our experiences.

Tiny House on Wheels (THOW)
A tiny house on one of our detachable trailers or gooseneck trailers is considered a vehicle, it’s unlikely to qualify for a home loan through a bank. However, banks may be able to offer you a personal loan, or if you have an existing home loan, you may be able to add the cost of the tiny house to this. Alternatively, if you don’t have an existing home loan to leverage, some banks have issued home loans for tiny homes provided there is a guarantor to secure the loan. Contact your bank to discuss the options available to you.

Tiny House on a permanent foundation
There are more traditional financing options available if you decide to move in this direction. In many areas, tiny homes are considered accessory dwellings. Be sure to do your research with your State and County offices to get familiar with your local regulations. We can help guide you through this process as well.
