Our tiny home vehicles are licensed and registered. So they should meet the US DOT’s specific size and weight criteria. Every US state has different laws, but we try our best to construct your tiny house according to the US standards for traveling purposes. However, if you plan to stay within your state primarily, we can custom-build your tiny home according to your state’s regulations. Usually, our regular builds weigh 20,000 lbs with 24ft – 40ft in length X 8.5 ft in width X 13.5 ft in height.
We try our best to complete construction within your time frame. Roughly our turnaround time is about four months. We specify the estimated completion date in your custom build contract. For this, we consider the major build elements availability like frames and trailers, along with other works that are already in the pipeline. If you want a custom build, we need some time for the designing and quoting process. You can get more information about it on our build process page.

Consent for building: Most tiny homes in the USA need registration as RVs. We build our tiny homes as warranted and road-registered vehicles. And the building of vehicles is different from standard home buildings. But the status of your tiny home can change depending on the purpose you use it for after you park it at your place.
According to the law, a vehicle like a mobile home or caravan would fall into the building category if both occupied and immovable for long-term or permanently.
It means if you are planning to occupy your tiny home permanently or for the long-term, you should keep it movable to ensure its exemption from the applicable building act. You can get more information here.
We use a wide range of lightweight, high-quality building materials and prefer to utilize local materials made in the USA and source them from their region of availability. You can view the complete list of materials that we use here.
There are different places where you can look for parking your tiny house.

Yes, we welcome you to come and meet us. You can book an appointment here. We are available every second Friday and on Wednesdays for a visit. Due to our busy schedule, we’ve set specific times for meetings and tours. You shouldn’t be wearing sandals at the time of the visit and should be in closed-in shoes as it’s a safety and health requirement. It is preferable not to bring children with you during your workshop visit. If you cannot locate us or get late for some reason, please give us a call and inform us.
Yes. We can build any of our custom tiny homes to be placed on a permanent foundation. Construction is done in our warehouse and delivered to your desired location.
We can build tiny custom houses to fit varying budgets. We provide designs as complete builds, or it can be in two completion stages. This enables DIYers to construct their design on a solid foundation. As we provide bespoke builds, we cannot provide you a set price. It’s according to your specifications, but on average, our 24 ft tiny house costs about $82,000 to $130,000. We provide you a quote for a custom tiny house build, and our contracts have fixed pricing. You can check out our custom build process here.
We follow a progress system for payments. It means that you need to deposit a 30% advance when you sign a contract with us. Then you make two milestone payments of 30% based on your build progress. Then, we take the final payment of 10% upon completing the project before delivery or pickup.
Yes, we can install solar panels on your tiny house’s roof as an upgrade or customization at an additional cost. This makes your tiny house off-grid. We can develop a solar power package to suit your usage requirements. But a typical cost of solar setup for a tiny house is about $17,850. Following are the basic specifications:
Kindly allow the installation of the generator for days when there is limited sunlight.
We provide a standard in-let for fresh water and an outlet for grey or wastewater inside our tiny houses. You’ll require setting up a system for grey-waste water collection on site. Check out the excellent resource on how you can do it.
There are eco-friendly composting toilets that remove black water. It means only grey-water is left behind, which needs disposal or treatment. You can contact your State water disposal department to know the requirements.
We do not recommend having onboard tanks for water storage unless you order a super portable and small tiny home designed specifically for travel purposes. If you keep it parked like most people for an extended period on a piece of land, then you should either use a standard large water tank to pump water to your tiny home or an available main water supply on the site. This is a much affordable option than having a water tank and reduces your trailer’s weight.
We use a composting toilet by Nature’s Head as a default toilet in our tiny homes. You can give your specification for any other toilet you want for your custom build. You can check out a composting toilet range here. Depending on a specific situation and your requirements, we can install incinerating toilets, flush and chemical toilets.
